Keratin Restore – 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner (250ml)
The Always Your Friend Keratin Restore 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner is a product that helps restore the coat to its natural shine. Specially designed for Terrier or similar breeds, which have rougher, curlier hair. This product has an irresistible orchid scent whilst enhancing the strength and elasticity of the natural hair from the first wash whilst reducing hair loss and repairing damaged and dry hair.

- Concentrated to a ratio of 1:20 (which corresponds to 5 litres of shampoo) ensuring long term use
- Key ingredients include Organic Aloe Vera, Organic Virgin Oil, Honeysuckle Oil, and Ethically Extracted Keratin Protein
- Does not contain any SLS, artificial colours, parabens, mineral oils, GMOs, harsh detergents, propylene glycol or thickening additives

Application
Wet the coat with lukewarm water. Massage your pet with the shampoo for 5-10 minutes and rinse. Repeat the treatment and then dry well with a warm towel and if possible, use a hair dryer.
Dilution
Up to 1:20 as this shampoo is highly concentrated. Use one part conditioner and twenty parts lukewarm water. For example, in a medium sized pet, use an empty bottle to add 30ml of shampoo and 600ml of lukewarm water and then shake well for 10 seconds.

You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.Replacement Process:
Initiation:
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible time frame. In a lot of cases the issue is with the usage of the product and our team can guide you on how the issue you are facing can be fixed. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty….OPTION A:
We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty damaged or broken product in its original packing (Original Product Box and All Accessories) to our warehouse at the below address:-Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE And within 2 working days of receipt of the incorrect, faulty damaged or broken product we will ship the replacement for you free of charge.OPTION B:
We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you the replacement.Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”.
